This is a very relaxed and gentle Yoga class. This class is great for beginners. Each pose will be held for 6-8 breaths. The goal is to find the meditation within your practice. Breath work is really emphasized in this class. No experience is necessary. All levels of practice are welcomed. This class is offered online and in person. For online classes, send a message via text or email stating that you would like to have your class online. I will then send you a link to connect.
For Private sessions and Thai Massage services, you must cancel at least 2 days in advance. Group sessions should be done at least an hour before the class.
