Service Description
This class will have you practicing Yoga to music from Hip/Hop, R & B and Soul. This is an open level class. No experience is necessary. This class is upbeat. It is a great way to celebrate your mind and body. This class is offered online and in person. For online classes, send a message via online booking that you would like to have your class online. I will then send you a link to connect.

Cancellation Policy
For Private sessions and Thai Massage services, you must cancel at least 2 days in advance. Thai Massage sessions should be booked 12 hours before the desired appointment. For same day Thai Massage bookings, please text or call at least 2 hours before the desired appointment to book and confirm. Group sessions should be booked at least an hour before the class. If you would like to have a last minute Group session, please book with a text message or phone call immediately.
