Service Description

This session is also known as "Lazy Man's Yoga". This session is fully clothed. You lay on a futon-like mat and allow the practitioner to move, stretch and massage you into bliss. All are welcome to receive this service. Please not that any session done outside of the studio will be charged a $10.00 travel fee, due at the time of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

For Private sessions and Thai Massage services, you must cancel at least 2 days in advance. Thai Massage sessions should be booked 12 hours before the desired appointment. For same day Thai Massage bookings, please text or call at least 2 hours before the desired appointment to book and confirm. Group sessions should be booked at least an hour before the class. If you would like to have a last minute Group session, please book with a text message or phone call immediately.
